SCBA mask fit test

This member has a current fit test within the past 12 months and supporting documentation showing they passed.

SCBA flow test

The SCBA this member will use has been flow tested within the previous 12 months.

PPE and bunker gear

This member has appropriate PPE that meets applicable standards. Their bunker gear is within its 10-year service life, suitable for live-fire conditions, and has the required inspection documentation. Qualified inspection providers include Clean Heroes and Atlantic Bunker Gear Inc.

Physical fitness and medical screening

This member confirms they are physically capable of safely performing assigned firefighter duties and understands the training screening limits: blood pressure no greater than 160/100 and pulse no greater than 120 beats per minute.
